CWA raises vital funds in 2025
Dimboola CWA Ladies have had a very busy year and raised quite a few dollars for our allocations.
What we do is fundraise during the year and then donate the money to local, state and national charities and organisations.
Local – Dimboola Memorial Secondary College, St Peter's Lutheran School and Dimboola Primary School scholarships, Dimboola Playgroup, Dimboola Kindergarten, Dimboola Girl Guides, Dimboola Rural Fire Brigade, Dimboola Arts Inc., Nhill Dimboola Band, Gerang Gerung Wildlife, Wimmera Oncology Centre, Wimmera Against Cancer in Kids, Christian Emergency Food Centre.
State & National – Royal Flying Doctors, Angel Flight, Berry Street Inc, Very Special Kids, Big group Hug, Guide Dogs Victoria, Samaritans Purse, Older Women in Co Housing, Fiona Elsey Cancer Research.
We have also organised The Biggest Morning Tea for the Cancer Council Vic, sold raffle tickets for the Royal Children’s Hospital, supplemented the Dimboola Community Pantry weekly with food and care products, donated goods to Pomonal Fire Victims, and provided a huge amount of school supplies, clothing, toys, bags, and care products for Samaritans Purse.
If you have donated items to our monthly garage sale, then you have enabled us to achieve these donations.

We are proud that by having your support, we are able to give back to Dimboola and the surrounding areas.
We are always happy to accept goods that we can sell at our monthly Garage Sales if you are having a clean out.
We are hoping to make 2025-26 allocations the same, if not more, money to our charities and organisations.
